Exchange & Return Policy

Inspection Upon Delivery: Customers are allowed to inspect their order upon delivery to ensure the product is in good condition.

14-Day Return & Exchange: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order.

Product Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and accessories.

Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for return and exchange shipping fees unless the product is defective or the mistake is on our side.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the order, we will cover the necessary shipping costs.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected, using the original payment method whenever possible.
